St Kew Pre-School celebrates after GOOD Ofsted Inspection

St Kew pre-school are celebrating after receiving a positive review in their latest OFSTED inspection, which gave the pre-school an overall ‘good’ rating.

The report highlighted the pre-school’s strength in promoting confidence and independence in the children in their care, stating “Children are confident, settle well and are happy in the stimulating environment. They are forming very good relationships with the staff and others, and their independence is promoted at every opportunity”. It also praised the choice of activities available to the children, saying “The setting has an excellent range of resources and facilities, including a very stimulating outdoor area”.

Jaime Pennington, chair of the pre-school committee said "We are extremely happy with this report. It proves how good the pre-school is and is welcome recognition for the hard work that has been put in by staff and parents. It is clear as soon as the children walk in the door how much they love the pre-school. It is a fun environment for them to learn and grow"
