This term the children have been very busy, joining in with the royal wedding celebrations by, making flags crowns and biscuits.
They have been looking at people who help us, the pre-school had a visit from 2 local police officers and their police van, and they gave the children a talk about the police and keeping safe.
The staff have also set up a doctor’s surgery at the pre-school and where they have been learning to put on plasters, bandages and slings, and learning about what doctors do. The rest of this term will also feature fire safety, Air ambulance, 999 and beach safety.
The rain didn’t stop the children having fun on the annual easter egg hunt at cardinham woods, they had a trail to follow to collect their eggs, then they enjoyed a welcome drink and snack.
Many thanks to everyone who supported our recent BINGO night in Wadebridge on the night we raised £360 which is a fantastic amount, and will be used to update some of our outside toys and equipment.
